Raise Your Frequency is four weeks of coming home to it. Of clearing what has dimmed you and reactivating the frequency your soul actually resonates at, so you stop striving and start unfolding into who you are here to be.

And we do it together, because we do not rise alone. Frequency is contagious. In a group of people all choosing to stop dimming, we hold the light for each other on the days it wavers, and we remind one another who we truly are.

How the journey works

The live gatherings

We meet on Zoom on four Fridays: October 2, 9, 16 and 23, at 12pm EDT (5pm UK). For 1 hour.

These are our moments to come together, clear the blocks, and hold the field as one. Two calls to activate and awaken your frequency, and two to hold you in your light as you rise.

The daily journey between calls

The real shift happens in the days between. Each week you will receive meditations and simple challenges designed to disrupt your patterns and activate a new way of experiencing your own energy.

Small, potent practices. Nothing overwhelming. Just enough to interrupt the old frequency and let a new one come online, day by day.

The circle that holds us

A dedicated group chat carries us between the calls, where we move as one, holding the field for each other every day.
